A mixed use development of commercial space and 258 apartments within 6 blocks of varying height, (max 7 storeys) grouped around a central landscaped courtyard with associated car parking.

Weedons were appointed to develop an approved planning scheme that adds to the continued improvement of Bath Row and creates a pedestrian friendly route in this growth area of Birmingham. Following novation to the main contractor Weedons completed the project as executive Architect.
